  1. All items are custom made to order.

    Processing Time:
    Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

    Shipping Time:
    Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

    Estimated Total Time:
    Most orders arrive within 10–12 business days from the date of purchase.

    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  2. Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    Cancellations:

     

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

  3.   All portrait orders include a $30 non-refundable design fee to cover the custom drawing process.  
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  4. All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant downloads.

    Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

    Usage:
    Digital files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
    Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
